I’m Edidiong Isemin, I would love to describe myself as a problem solver, team player, relationship builder, well-mannered hard worker with outstanding communication abilities. Having spent my two years and more serving as a customer service representative, perfecting my upselling strategies, conflict resolution abilities, and phone manners. Even when I was still working with them, I got the following outcomes:

As a problem solver, I evaluate each customer's demands and create a plan to present them with what, in my opinion, are the greatest solutions. For example, if a customer tries to upgrade their subscription tariff from family to premium, my goal would be to provide them with possible outcomes.

Regardless of the circumstance, I always acknowledge the customer’s feelings as a relationship builder. Sincerely expressing to them my recognition of the reality of their annoyance, and then looking for methods to assist in finding a solution.

Although I consider myself to be a well-mannered individual who is naturally patient, but when it comes to working with customers and clients, I always put myself in their position and treat them as I would love to be treated. If they want straightforward advice or clear support, my aim would be to provide attentive and detailed service for them so that they can feel valued and cared for, when they are attempting to solve a complex issue.
