My first job was a Technical Support Representative for Pitney Bowes US Postage Meter, we assist customers in doing troubleshooting over the phone and also sending on site technician to fix their meters. Aside from that we cross sell our products with customers as well. Two years after that I was offered to be a part of Apple Care APAC, we provide world class customer service and technical support for iOS devices such as iPhones, iPads and iPods. We troubleshoot Mac as well. I am a Certified iOS/Mac Specialist. Then later on, I was given an opportunity to be a part of Optus/Marsh Mobile Insurance, we process claims for damage, loss and stolen handset. I am a consistent top agent and CSAT Champion on all accounts I've been with and I am looking forward to be contributing to your success.
