Hi there!

so past experiences, I was previously working in a Mergers & Acquisition firm, wherein I interact with clients through meetings, phone calls, and mainly emails. This company engages mainly with investments, capital infusions, and providing investors to the local business owners from SMEs to big private and publicly listed companies. I was with them for 3 years. I decided to transition to being a full-time Virtual Assistant or a Freelancer due to this pandemic. 

I have been a Freelancer for almost a year now. 

Moreover, I also have experience being an Onboarding Specialist wherein I get in touch with clients on a day to day basis and establishing a strong relationship and communication with them, do follow-ups, answer any questions that they have, attend zoom meetings with them, introduce the services, and finally to suffice their needs relating to the product/service.
