My goal as a customer service representative is to provide the best customer service experience that will leave a mark on their experience from there it will also help the company to gain more positive feedback and possibly gain more customer. I'm a graduate of Associate in Computer Science and been with the BPO industry for 6 years which is my advantage as I know how to handle stress and handle difficult customers.
Also, I am open to learn new skills and earn new knowledge by the help of the company or clients that will give me chance to show off my skills that will maybe help my client or company.
