My interest in CS combined with working at your company would be a unique and enriching experience for both parties .Having more than 6 year of work experience within BPO industry and as a coach/ quality analyst and CS, I have developed strong expertise in customer experience, data analysis, process improvement and managing performance. I succeed at working independently as much as I enjoy mutually sharing creative ideas with other team members. I am also enthusiastic about analyzing data and looking for pivotal behaviors as I have an eye for people behaviors as my previous position has proven. I am also excited in learning new things and training in order to develop my knowledge and skills as it is a great way to improve my career growth.
