Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects focused on industrial software and infrastructure. This includes working with both agile and waterfall
methodologies bridging cross-functional teams between business, engineering, and IT. Project managed intricate automation, industrial software,
and infrastructure projects from planning through execution using Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
Successfully turned around a failing $6.3M real-time location system project. Achieved an unprecedented 99.8% uptime in only 6
months. This production-critical project was at only 90% uptime, 25% over budget, and one year past deadline when assigned. Served as
both lead project manager and general contractor between 3 external suppliers (20 team members).
Named North America Project Lead for new Internet of Things software project. Estimate platform cost of $2M with future cost
