Project managed intricate automation, industrial software, and infrastructure projects from planning through execution using Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.  Successfully turned around a failing $6.3M real-time location system project. Achieved an unprecedented 99.8% uptime in only 6 months. This production-critical project was at only 90% uptime, 25% over budget, and one year past deadline when assigned. Introduces cost savings to every project totaling over $3m beyond expectations of project sponsors.  Instituted multiple projects to reduce assembly OEE technical downtime. Led a team of 10 in project scoping, planning, execution, and ongoing management. Effectively filtered 1M+ data points, identified trends and areas of improvement, and introduced KPIs to monitor project progress. Successfully reduced downtime by 15% (from 20% to 5%) and achieved $13M+ in cost savings in only 12 months (while remaining under budget).  Introduced first Internet of Things project into North America.
