With 10+ years of experience leading technical projects within enterprise-scale organizations like HP and BMW Manufacturing Co. (contracted through VSoft), I am a proven expert in program management and technical project management.

➊ STAFF LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT: Having led geographically dispersed teams of up to 20 team members, I am a proven team leader. I am equally comfortable presenting to executive leadership as I am training new team members.

➋ PROJECT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT: I have extensive applied knowledge of project scheduling and tracking, risk identification and mitigation, and stakeholder management. I have ushered numerous multi-million-dollar programs and projects throughout the entire project lifecycle (I’ve personally owned up to $10M budgets). I am passionate about strategically defining, tracking, and reporting on KPI targets.
