My main responsibilities include coordinating real estate transactions from contract to close, managing listing documents, and handling communication between agents, clients, and third-party vendors. I’m experienced with tools like DocuSign, Compass CRM, StreetEasy, and board packagers like Domicile and eApply.
I also provide administrative support—like organizing NYC board packages, email and calendar management, CRM updates, and appointment scheduling. On the marketing side, I create and schedule email blasts, newsletters, social media content, postcards, and listing presentations using tools like Canva, XpressDocs, and Compass Marketing.
