I am Dusan Jelic, a seasoned professional with over thirty years of diverse experience in content editing, copywriting, interpretation, and digital marketing. With a Master’s degree in Cultural Diplomacy and National Identities from the University of Arts in Belgrade and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Russian Language & Literature from UNISA, my academic background complements my extensive professional journey. My career began in the UN mission in Kosovo as a Sworn Court Interpreter/Translator. It expanded into various roles that required sharp attention to detail, resilience, and a strong commitment to service excellence.

In my most recent role as Marketing Manager at Winera App, I developed and executed strategies to enhance wine tourism experiences, engage wineries, and drive user engagement. I successfully led digital marketing campaigns and built valuable relationships with stakeholders, significantly improving the app's visibility and effectiveness.

My experience as an International Content Translator for bet365 and as a Content Writer for AZENDA Pty Ltd has refined my skills in creating and translating content that resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining cultural relevance and brand integrity. Additionally, my freelance roles as a Social Media Manager for Wines of Serbia and Cape of Good Wines allowed me to craft compelling social media strategies and engage with wine enthusiasts globally.

As the founder of Wines of Balkans, I built a vibrant community dedicated to regional wine culture and leveraged digital tools to enhance wine experiences.
