Durgesh Addala
Durgesh Addala was born in Vijayawada, India, in 1996. He received the B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Amrita Sai Institute of Science and Technology, Paritala, Andhra Pradesh, in 2019.
Currently, he is working for M.Tech (VLSI Design) degree under the guidance of Dr Sanjeet Kumar Sinha at the Department of School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab. His research interests include low power VLSI design, CNTFET, FDSOI, FINFET, low power DRAM circuit design.
