My names are Dumkwu Oluchi Charity. I am Microsoft 365, Exchange Online Administrator with a strong background in IT Administration and management, messaging systems, with cloud collaboration tools. I hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology,(MIT) Management Information System (MIS) Business Administration and Management, SAP Business Objects and Intelligent (SAP BOBI), Data Science and Analytics (Coursera).

Currently, I'm working with Mustard Grain Projects where I manage the M365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, Microsoft Entra ID, and implement security and compliance policies using Microsoft Purview.

I’ve successfully Managed Office 365, Tenant setup and configuration of  DKIM, SPF, DMARC,  M365 Admin Center, Office 365 apps, and deployed anti-spam and malware policies. Exchange Admin Center (EAC) for messaging, Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Entra),and Azure AD/Entra ID Connect. Collaboration with Office 365 Services, Outlook Client, MS Office Suite. SharePoint, one drive management and Team management, Azure Virtual machines, Create and the management of Users, Groups and Mailboxes, Mail Flow & Transport Rules, Security & Compliance management, PowerShell Scripting & Automation, Exchange Online Protection (EOP) & Spam Filtering, Monitoring, Reporting and troubleshooting.

With my experience in Microsoft cloud services, I’ve built strong problem-solving tasks that involves mailbox provisioning, email configurations, troubleshooting, security and compliance, retention policies. With PowerShell scripting to automate tasks like user onboarding, license assignments, and mailboxes.
