I've been working as a Technical Support- chat, email, and helpdesk for 7 years and as a Senior Finance Payroll Analyst for almost 3 years now. As an awarded or recogized employee in the past I'm very confident I can work efficiently with any job or task with proper training and education given the experience and recognitions/awards I acquired in the past.
Given the extensive experience I have in the BPO industry, awards that I acquired being a top employee, I'm sure I can deliver what is expected from me given the proper training from your good team.
