I’ve been working for the past four years as a customer service/technical support/sales representative 

or also known as “universal agent”. During that time I’ve been trained and certified on a number of admin tasks and escalation. I'd really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill-set, a lot of integrity and a willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. Perhaps the best way to let you know what I'm about is to share with you a quick experience I had. Being part of Microsoft family, I’ve learned a lot. As a consistent Top Performing Agent and Top Sales Agent for consecutive months is really a hard work. I keep myself being motivated and devoted to all the things that I am doing. That made me the only agent who represented the account for the activity of Microsoft.

Management also gave me the chance to mentor new agents to share my experiences and knowledge and wisdom. With my home-based job experiences, in a short time, I was able to do a lot of tasks.Like doing inbound and outbound calls, chat and email support for sales or appointment setting, lead research for US and AU clients

Working in home-based, that when I realized that working at home is really into me. I am not an introvert however I noticed in myself that I suit very well in working home as I am more productive, I can concentrate and more focus on tasks that I am doing. Being alone in my own room office is making me want to have a lot of tasks. It is very fulfilling by the end of every day that you can say, "that was a very productive day".
