I am a reliable and hardworking individual capable of giving professional and quality service for almost 5 years from various BPO companies. I try to do the tasks given with the utmost care and prioritization.

I am capable of communicating with my clients over email or phone and I am also experienced with Live Chat Support and an ample amount of experience using Zendesk. I also try my best in learning programs or tools as much as I can to help me in working more efficiently. I have been to a market research company and I have worked as a customer service and as an order placer and all of them helped me to become a better agent.

And as much as possible, I try to meet the deadlines required by the client. More importantly, I am capable of maintaining strict levels of confidentiality, especially when handling very sensitive information. And I can work 24/7 depending on the request of the client.

Currently, I am trying to have more experience. I want to learn a lot of things that I can use to work and help my clients along the way. I have this urge to learn different things every day as much as I can.
