I am a versatile professional with experience in virtual assistance, customer service, administration, teaching, and community engagement. Since 2022, I have provided remote support as a Virtual Assistant and Customer Service Agent, managing over 500 customer emails, handling client onboarding, resolving financial disputes, generating leads, and conducting data collection to support business growth. My administrative roles include managing daily operations, supervising staff, preparing reports, coordinating healthcare linkages for vulnerable populations, delivering health education, and advocating for underserved communities. As a Mathematics/Economics teacher during NYSC, I developed lesson plans, simplified complex concepts, and supported student learning. In my work with Save the Children International, I collected accurate field data and supported program evaluations, while at Today for Tomorrow Foundation, I coordinated GBV prevention and youth empowerment programs, oversaw budgets and logistics, trained field teams, and ensured effective documentation and reporting. I also gained operational and research experience during my industrial training at NNPC Depot. My core skills include virtual assistance, customer service, email management, lead generation, data collection, office administration, teaching, community health facilitation, GBV programming, and stakeholder coordination, enabling me to deliver efficient operations while keeping communication clear, relationships strong, and people’s needs at the center of my work.
