Doxa Matondo

I’m a software engineer with a strong focus on QA, automation, and system-level problem solving, mainly in SaaS and enterprise environments. Most of my experience comes from working on real production systems where stability, accuracy, and follow-through matter.

I’ve spent years close to the product: validating workflows, running UAT, finding edge cases, and working with developers to fix issues that impact real users. I’m used to environments where a small mistake can affect many teams, so I approach my work carefully and methodically.

I’m comfortable owning tasks end to end. That means understanding requirements, setting up tests or automation, documenting decisions, and making sure fixes actually last. I work well independently and don’t need constant oversight, but I also enjoy collaborating with engineers, product managers, and analysts to move things forward.

Technically, my strengths are QA, test automation, system integration, and troubleshooting. I’ve worked with Java, Python, SQL, JavaScript, Jira, Git, and Agile workflows, and I’m comfortable reading and understanding existing codebases.

I communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and don’t hide problems. I’m bilingual in English and French, experienced in remote work, and I care about delivering reliable, maintainable solutions that make systems better over time.
