Hi there! I’m Faith, an Aspiring Administrative Virtual Assistant transitioning from in-person administrative and customer service roles into remote work. I’ve over 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining payment records, preparing daily reports, and coordinating supplier communication.

My background spans across different work environments that have strengthened my communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. I’ve worked as a Front Desk Representative at a laundry factory, where I handled customer inquiries, managed records, coordinated deliveries, and kept communication clear between clients and staff. That experience taught me how to stay calm under pressure and maintain professionalism in every interaction.

Before that, I worked as a Shop Assistant in retail, assisting customers, managing stock, and keeping daily sales records organized. I also worked as an Usher, where I learned how to manage events smoothly and interact with people in a warm, respectful manner. In addition, my time as an Assistant Teacher helped me develop patience, attention to detail, and the ability to support others with care and structure.

These experiences have shaped me into someone who values reliability, communication, and teamwork. I’m skilled in Microsoft Excel for organizing data and keeping accurate records, and I also use Canva to create simple, polished visuals when needed.
