I'm a Customer Service Representative for almost 4 years under one company for a US Based Telco Account. I was also a flex trainer at my previous job which means we train new hires about the product knowledge of the account up until they are endorsed to operations.
Working as Customer Service Representatives we take good care of customers' needs and work with their personal accounts, which also include sensitive information like their credit cards or their Social Security Numbers. We also addressed their concerns, like checking/discussing their bills, upselling, upgrades, and other concerns such as technical issues or any types of escalation.
Also has experience in using the Salesforce tool and addresses customers’ concerns through emails.
Has the ability to work well with teams and/or individually and can also work with minimal or less supervision.
