I have over five years of experience in the BPO industry, starting as a Customer Service Representative and growing into a Team Lead role. I have worked in different industries such as lawn care, garage doors, and heating and cooling, handling both inbound and outbound calls, sales, cold calling, telemarketing, and chat support.
