Project

Directed operational functions of a $120M USAID-funded health project spanning three
provinces. Provided strategic oversight across administration, fleet (240+ vehicles),
procurement, IT, inventory, and logistics. Implemented internal controls ensuring USAID
compliance. Streamlined operational tracking tools for efficiency. Supervised regional
operations teams and served as landlord liaison. Successfully led procurement of high-value
start-up medical equipment, vehicles, and health commodities. Managed the delivery of
