I am a multi-talented operations specialist with over 20 years’ experience in operations/project administration, planning and monitoring; procurement, organizational development and leadership; overall management and supervision supply chains, logistics, forecasting and planning; HR functions such as talent acquisition , payroll administration and performance management; office administration including managed OCS; finance encompassing general accounting, periodic reporting, taxes, audits and insurance; facilities management; IT, communications which involves report writing, PR and brand awareness/promotion; and safety and security functions. I am also able to handle high level work planning and budgeting.

I hold a Master’s degree in business Administration, acquired Harvard Business School certification in Organizational Leadership and Organizational Development from Heriot Watt University which has enabled me to have an indepth understanding of organizational and strategic leadership. I have also been trained in diplomatic practice, protocol, public relations and international relations which upscaled my skills in state and public protocol, diplomatic negotiation and mediation, economic diplomacy, international marketing, diplomatic leadership and consular affairs.

I am a Microsoft Certified Professional, Legal Secretary, OHS trained. I also possess a Mastering Procurement and Contract Management accreditation, diplomas in international Human Resources, International Corporate Governance and Business Administration. I am a Full member of ZHIRM, a member of CIPS, and also have Lean Six Sigma certification.
