As a full time freelancer, I worked as an email customer service representative. I answered emails to prospective clients. I also did tagging and categorizing of products and influencers. I was also trained for webcrawling. I was a Technical Editor, I submitted listings for businesses. I also did a couple of data entry on the side. With another job I made outbound calls to confirm orders and I was a Support Staff / Chat and Admin Support for my most recent job.
