Driven by my passion for professional growth and leadership, I pursued and completed a second degree in Business Administration major in Human Resource Development Management at the Philippine School of Business Administration.
My professional career began in the business process outsourcing industry, where I worked as a Customer Service Representative at Alorica Quezon City for almost 12 years. During my time there, I spent seven years as a front-line representative assisting customers and resolving inquiries with efficiency and empathy. Through consistent performance and dedication to excellence, I was promoted to the role of Subject Matter Expert. In this position, I supported team members by providing guidance, conducting coaching sessions, monitoring performance metrics, and helping maintain key performance indicators (KPIs). I was also responsible for preparing and sending reports, as well as participating in client meetings to ensure service standards and operational goals were consistently met.
After many years in the BPO industry, I decided to challenge myself and step outside of my comfort zone by exploring opportunities in a new field. This led me to join Emapta Philippines as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. In this role, I gained valuable experience in healthcare revenue cycle processes. My responsibilities included payment posting, rebilling claims, managing appeals, and communicating with insurance companies to resolve claim denials. This experience strengthened my analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex processes while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
