Donna Marie Beltran

Hi there, my name is Donna Marie Beltran , Im 40 years old from Baguio City Philippines. I have been with MyOutdeks since April of 2015 as an ISA.

For the last 10 years, I have been with the call center industry. I started with the outbound companies for two years wherein I have experienced hard selling and handled really irate customers. I became one of the consistent top sellers for that job which has helped me in my promotion. I became a coach and was able to handle teams and shared my best practices as well as motivate them.

The last 8 years was with an inbound company. It was one of the most biggest companies in the US which is Salliemae. I was with the sales department and we are the ones processing student loan applications. I have handled different types of customers for how many years which has helped me deal better and understndand them. . I have shown great sales skills and leadership which has helped me again step up to a higher position. I became an Assistant Team Leader and I used to handle teams, share best practices, coach them as well as monitor and drive them to reach their targets.

I also have basic knowledge in excel, word and power point.

I am a hardworking person, fast learner, can work under pressure and easy to get along with. I am looking forward to work with someone who will consider my qualifications. Thank you.
