I have been with the BPO industry for almost 6 years now. I have experience in Technical Support (Advisor I), Email Support (Back Office Team), Healthcare (Utilization Management) and Customer Service (Retail Associate). Being a Technical Support associate we deal with resolving the concern about their phone services, phones and other account information query. While in email support, been part of the back office team for almost 3 years, it deals with assisting the customer thru email and making an out going call, and been doing supervisor calls.
