I would love the opportunity to work with your company, as I am passionate about learning and working within Administration. I have realized over the past few years of working, I love and strive in the customer service side of the business.

I completed an Events Management Diploma at the end of 2017, at The Aleit Academy in Somerset West, Cape Town. For the duration of my studies I completed a number of internships, so I managed to gain valuable work experience. After studying I landed my first job opportunity at a marketing agency in Cape Town, where I worked within the events department as a project assistant, working closely with clients to deliver their elite event.

Once I moved back to Durban I moved into a more customer service and administration role, working for two franchise restaurants. I managed the stores and all of the administration that came with it. Organising the staff as well as dealing with customers, and then dealing with the accounting and administration side of things. I decided to leave the job as I had reached my potential, and knew it was time for another challenge.

I started working at Clothing Junction just out of lock down in July 2020, and I loved working there. I was challenged everyday with new tasks and responsibilities I had never had to deal with before. I especially enjoyed the online marketing side of the job, learning more about how it works and what you can achieve with it if used correctly. I am currently working for a bottle store in Durban, KZN. My main responsibilities include administration and finance, customer service, stock control, cash up and invoicing, and day to day running of the shop. I enjoy working here, but feel my real talents administration talents are not being used to their full potential.

I believe I could strive in this job role as I feel I posses all of the skills and attributes to do a great job in this position. I have been thrown into the deep end more times that I can count, and I have always been able to handle myself and make the best of the situation. I have worked in numerous industries, so I feel that I am very versatile and dedicated to doing the best job I possibly can. I am a hard worker, organised, dependable, responsible and reliable, and passionate about customer service. I am hoping to get more experience within this field and to learn more about the industry and this amazing job opportunity.
