I have been a virtual assistant since 2014. But before that, I used to work at Aegis Peoplesupport ( A BPO) for a travel account for 10 years, specifically Expedia, I was an agent for 2 years, I booked, changed and cancel flights, hotel, cars and packages. Then I was promoted as a QA analyst, I handled email, sales and customer service accounts. I listened to agents calls and evaluate them. After 10 years of working in a BPO industry, I decided to quit to be able to take care of my kids. I started my WFH adventure. As a virtual assistant I am very resourceful and willing to take any challenges. I am not afraid to ask questions and I always find a way to be better everyday. I am proud to say that I am very reliable, very keen attention to details and a fast learner. I know I am fitted for this job, aside from being a virtual assistant for almost 9 years, I have a vast experience of booking reservations wether its flight, hotel, car, attraction and services or package. And I also believe that communication is important in this line of work. Usually I provide update thru direct message or email to my superior so that she is aware of what Ive been working. I don’t wait for the superior to ask me for my update, I provide it even if she is not asking for it. I do hope you will consider me for this position. I know I Can be a great asset to your company
