My name is Dominique and I am a hardworking person. I've been working for almost 5 years and I've been in different companies and I am an experience person when it comes to work . I always want to learn new things so that I can improve myself together with the company. I love assisting customers and leaving them good impression about me and my work. In my career in BPO industry I've work for almost 2 years and I believe I have develop a vast ranged of skills needed on the positions as an agent. I am very passionate when it comes to work because I love helping and making things easy, eventually it makes me happy and it is a win win situation with the organization. I am a good team player, I love hearing new ideas from the team and discussing it with the team and adding my own idea to solidify the team work cause in an organization a team must be diverse. I can do anything as long it is for the organization I am a good multitasker and I can make sure that I can submit or finish the task within the time period because we all know time is important to us so do too with our clients and organization. I am very neat when it comes to work in a way I always make a plan that will make it easier for me and for the team as well. I believe I can be in any position within the ranged of my skills and also with the guide of respected organizations.
