Team Leader - Responsible for operation management, client management, data and analytics, and customer service. Sends weekly and monthly performance reports to the clients. Conducting research and root cause analysis for process improvement and innovation.
SME/ Escalation Specialist - drives the backlog orders by working closely with our downstream team on closing the orders and send reports to the client for updates on a regular basis.
Order/ Project Manager - tracking of orders and providing an update to the customers with the important milestones and progress of their orders. Coordinate with other downstream departments within the implementation group. Provide assistance to the team and ensure that processes were aligned; best practices were shared and work is done consistently or above expectations.
