I’m comfortable using a variety of tools, including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Trello, Calendly, and cloud-based contact center platforms like Genesys Cloud and Five9. These tools have helped me stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with both teams and clients. Typing at 50+ WPM and having strong communication skills in English also makes it easier for me to deliver fast, clear, and professional support in any setting.
