I have worked as a customer service representative for the last 3 years, I've handled international accounts which are Macy's, Bloomingdales and eBay, I was trained through Voice, chats and emails.

My last job was at Best Travel Management, as Email Campaign manager, I am responsible for sending email blast, promos, promo codes, sign up forms and welcoming new Subscriber's. I was also doing infographic for the website of our supervisor.
