Worked as a Subject Matter Expert, Escalations Tier 2 / Senior agent, Technical Support Representative, Customer Service Representative for several Call Centers in the Philippines supporting Cable TV issues,Internet Issues, Networking, Hardware and Software repair and or configuration, IP cameras & NAS installation before moving here in Kuwait. I also have a background and well trained for Customer Service Jobs, Retention and Sales. Currently working as an Accounts Admin in a Architecture Company, moonlighting with some AutoCad projects. And just recently started studying Flutter online.
I am always willing to explore and try something new that would add to my skill. But if I am being honest to my self right now I would say Customer Service and Tech Support would be my go-to skills. I just discovered how fun and amazing this tool called AutoCad and just very recently I am exploring this powerful tool Flutter. I know I am a bit late with the catching up, but I had to work for some other field jobs so me and my family can settle here in Kuwait properly. With that being said, adding all the experience I had from Customer Service, Technical Support, Liaison for an African Embassy, and an Accounts Admin I can be be both flexible and handy and most importantly productive for any employer that would ask for my service.
