I offer 6 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative and a Technical Support from a BPO industry. I specialize in outbound calls, inbound calls, chat, email and back office works like escalations and backlogs.

I have experienced working in a telecommunication company for around two years as Customer Service Representative as well as a Technical Support for customers having technical problems and difficulties with their device.

In my recent years, I work with Google account specifically for Pixel Phones and Google Store. My job title in the account is Tier 2 Support. Tier 2 supports handle calls, chats, emails, supervisory calls/chats and escalations.We handle multiple order concerns, shipping issues and order related issues. We also support Pixel Phone troubleshooting.

I am highly trainable and can definitely do multi-tasks. I can work under pressure with great time management. I can adapt to new information and can learn on my own through available modules and materials.
