I'm currently a copywriter for an advertising agency and I used to do research analysis at Refinitiv formerly known as Thomson Reuters. Previously I was in customer service and admin for 5 years.

I have 3 creative short stories published in a local Penang zine called Nutmag and I have my own blog called Hopeful and Free. I also used to do content writing for the company blog in Refinitiv. 

I am currently completing my degree in English studies and have experience with transcription, proofreading and also creative writing.
