I am an experienced Customer Service Representative trained in handling emails, chats, and calls to support customers from all over the world but mostly from the US, UK, and Australia for 3 different BPO companies in different accounts. In my 4 years of service, I got to learn several web-based services including CRM, Google Docs, Gmail, Slack, Zendesk, Zopim, etc. I have also managed to process and track orders and provide technical support at the same time. As a PC Operation graduate and NC II passer, I am skilled in using the Microsoft Office applications. And I was able to apply and develop these skills during our On The Job training in TESDA office as we were assigned to handle administrative tasks, including creating spreadsheet using Microsoft excel, creating certificates with Microsoft Word, presentations with Powerpoint, receiving incoming and making outgoing calls to clients/schools regarding assessment schedules/appointments, receiving and sending fax messages, etc.
