Dianne Danica Punzalan

Hi my name is Dianne Punzalan, 34 yrs old and a single mom. I have been working all over since I was 18 years old. I used to work as an English teacher for Koreans. I had some experience working for Customer support, both for voice and non-voice accounts. I also have working experience as a hotelier being a Phone operator, front office as well as Recreations Coordinator, so being multi-tasking and being a team player as well as making decisions is second nature to me. And my latest job experience was working for an e-commerce company handling their chat support and email management. I am detail-oriented, and I can work with little to no supervision as long as the instructions are clear. I love learning new things, making sure deadlines are met, and sharing what I know with my teammates as well. I can be a great asset to the company.
