i started to work in BPO in 2009 under FWM account which deals with acai berry products, 

i handled supervisory calls which escalates customers critical concerns

I also worked as a technical chat support which deals with anti-virus wherein we help the customers to remote their computers and fix it.

I began working home-based with a company that handles account of different sites, that customers having complicated issues with their logins

then i worked as an appointment setter with IDialU wherein I have to convince them to apply for their credit repair.

I also worked for another appointment setting that deals with home security devices and followed by car insurance and currently with an account deals with merchant programs.

so now, by continuing this field, I still want to upgrade my capabilities to be a more efficient asset of a company to carry out my good service and high quality communication with different people.
