Customer Service Representative- I’ve started my career as a Call Center agent handling Customer Service which includes answering calls in a timely manner or providing solutions to customer’s concerns to name a few.
Business Development/ Sales – My tasks is to do cold calling and setting up appointments for the inside sales to close the deal with. Generate leads and follow a certain sales flow to nurture prospects. Usually it was email and call combination. Normally, it takes not just a one-time contact but I constantly follow up through email and call them until they set up an appointment and close the deal.
SEO/SMM – I’ve had more than 2 years of Social Media Management handling different Social Media Platform. Tasks vary from posting in Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google Plus and Instagram. I also schedule posts via Mailchimp, Oncarrot and Callfire.
Lead Generation, Data Mining and Research – I do research on a regular basis mostly through reliable sites and try as much as possible to look for the source links to validate their legitimacy. I also use platforms such as Zillow and other Real Estate related sites when looking for possible leads.
Operational and Performance Management - 10 years of Customer Support in the BPO Companies starting from directory assistance, healthcare and lastly banking and financial services which catered clients from the US, UK and Australia. My last BPO post was Fraud Analyst handling Currency Transactions.
Executive VA/ GVA - 1 year of being a VA had given me great training from working remotely. I’ve handled all sorts of online work but had the most concentration working as an Executive Assistant for a Real Estate investor. I did calendar management, social media posting, lead generation and contract preparation to name a few.
