Diana Alatiit

I’ve been working for the past 10 years in the BPO industry handling all sorts of lines of businesses, mostly financial, collections, fraud and customer service. During that time I’ve been trained and certified on a number of different software platforms and systems and had extensive training needed to survive our day to day workload.

I'd really describe myself as a person with a versatile skill-set, a lot of integrity and willingness to go the extra mile to satisfy a customer. I take my job seriously and I always make sure that I treat the business as my own.

Right now, I'm doing freelance virtual assistant work on project per project basis. I have been trained to do Real Estate tasks which includes lead generation and appointment setting. I'd love to be hired full time for a long term job opportunity.
