In my job as a Customer Service Representative , I handle a lot of different tasks, but the most rewarding part of my job is when I have a customer (or potential customer) call in or walk up to my desk with an issue that they need help solving. I love being able to draw on my knowledge of the Customer Service and the surrounding , and I want to transition into a role where this sort of interaction is the bulk of my job. In my two years in hospitality, I’ve become a strong communicator both when it comes to listening and understanding people’s problems and when it comes to giving people directions—whether that’s directions to a physical location or helping customers generally .
