I am comfortable working with different kinds of operating system or different networking devices such as servers, modems, routers, switch etc., I also handle email concern of all office employees. I also have years of experience in the field of sales, customer service, billing and data entry for different US based companies. I started working remotely 7 years ago and have worked for several MSP as a software engineer/remote IT support, server maintenance. installation and monitoring while maintaining quality client and customer relations.
