I started working since 2004. Here is a background of what I've been up to and what I'm currently doing.

*Lead Community Manager for a London-based blockchain start up. Basically I created and grew the project's online community, social media accounts and forums/boards. Recruited and proactively managing more community managers for the project to ensure 24/7 coverage.

*Stock Market trading since 2010 and cryptocurrencies just last year. Years of trading the market made me able to think and execute well even under extreme pressure.

 * Years of experience as an IT Helpdesk for the Singapore Stock Exchange. Aside from applying technical skills, delivering effective solutions in a quick and efficient manner is constantly practiced as well as professionally liaising with people from different countries.

 * Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Support Representative for US based multinational companies.
