* Years of experience as an IT Helpdesk for the Singapore Stock Exchange. Aside from applying technical skills, delivering effective solutions in a quick and efficient manner is constantly practiced as well as professionally liaising with people from different countries.
* Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Support Representative for US based multinational companies.
