Accounts payable (review purchase order should match against the invoice - if their's any discrepancies I will communicate to the supplier hold off payment until sorted, paying suppliers weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
Accounts Receivable - invoicing customers, maintaining ATB reports no receivable more than 90 days, chased customers via email and call for payments, ask cause of delay and possible payment date.
Filing of tax - monthly basis, reconciling all accounts before lodging tax report.
Payroll- weekly payroll, payroll reports sending for approval to managers, upload payroll in bank, sending payslips , answering payroll related queries.
