I am currently a payroll coordinator where I support my team in processing payroll, entering data and perform due diligence auditing for over 3000 employees on a weekly basis, remotely. I'm tech-savvy, a team player, resourceful, systematic and a result-driven individual that aims to achieve targeted goals, to analytically deliver organisational satisfaction and a well-rendered service.
I am well organised, detail-oriented, approachable, and a fast learner. I am passionate about learning global payroll practises, remote working, mental health awareness and womens empowerment. Graduating with honours, I obtained my Bachelors degree in Banking and Finance from Regent University, in Accra, Ghana.
Additionally, I possess strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft office and Google workspace.
