Seeking a professional field where I can use my experience and expand my knowledge and skills , mastering what I have already learned and gathering new valuable expertise, combining my 4 years work experience with German and English as a Technical Support Specialist (1st and 2nd level) for the German market, the administrative experience doing different kind of translations, my content management direct marketing management and shop assistant experience and my bachelors degree - Bachelor in German studies/Germanistics, Translator and Interpreter with German. It would be of a great opportunity to use the foreign languages in the day-to-day life in a multicultural environment.
Experienced in customer service business where I have also been doing quality monitoring, giving feedback and analyzing data in order to improve the processes, through developing training plans.
