I am a Support Staff for more than 2 years already and I am familiar with Google Drive/Sheets and Calendar, Podio, LightSpeed and Cin7. Some of my responsibiIities include transferring store orders into Cin7 and Podio, requesting refund from suppliers for discrepancies from deliveries. Sales and Inventory Report are done on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and are sent through email to the manager and all the executives.
I was also a Product Support Representative in a Call Center for over 2 years. I handled both voice and chat support for clients having internet connection issues.
