Hi! My name is Desiree Atienza. I worked as a customer service representative for over 9 years in the call center industry. I have experience as a subject matter expert for 1 year. I handled different lines of business such as telecommunication, financial, and health care products and services.

Tasks I did when I was a Customer Service Representative were:

• giving one-on-one coaching to agents regarding their performance to meet their targeted scorecard
