I began my career in 2006 as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry. I started in a retention account but soon realized that convincing unhappy customers to stay wasn’t the best fit for me. I transitioned to a technical support role, where I found my strength in troubleshooting and consistently received positive customer feedback.
Over the years, I moved between companies, looking for the right environment. However, the long commutes, night shifts, and being away from my young daughters started to take a toll. While I was good at my job, I knew I needed a setup that allowed me to support my family while still doing meaningful work.
Eventually, a former colleague introduced me to remote work, and that changed everything. I was able to stay productive and focused while also being present for my children. Since then, I’ve found real balance and fulfillment in my work-from-home setup.
I take pride in delivering high-quality work, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations. This setup has allowed me to thrive professionally while staying true to my priorities at home.
