I'm an effective communicator speaking on the phone, communicating vie email and chat.For the past 8 years and 8 months I only support a telecommunication company based in USA.I was a supervisor from 2016 to January 2019 for the same company and I have a team of 20 agents.We support customer through live chat and inbound customer service.I also handle manager chat and calls. We handle billing dispute, payment dispute, order new phone and service, upgrade and change there plans and features, simple troubleshooting and general customer service.I just passed my IELTs which is International English Language Testing System on which I got a score of 7 out of 10. I am a fast learner and can adopt to changes immediately.On my previous job changes is implemented every week and that's how I learn to look for an action immediately to ensure that we still provide good customer service.
