With more than 8 years of IT experience IT becomes easy, that is, if you continue to stay up to date with new technologies and continue to learn. As a enthusiastic IT Specialist this is what I enjoy, keeping up to date and learning new things.

Started in IT with I Know IT (www.iknowit.co.za) where I built my experience and found a passion for IT. During covid I was let go due to laydowns and moved on to Herotel Limpopo (www.herotel.com) where I started learning more in-depth specificaly networking.

I left HeroTel due to insufficient training and lack of access to assist clients and joined IT Experts (www.itexperts.co.za) where I managed the IT infrastructure on-site of one of our large clients (the client had 3 branches with around 250 users).

Due to family lay offs I started my own freelancing ComputerFriend (www.computerfriend.co.za) but was afforded the opportunity to learn in the networking (specifically ISP) world at Letaba Networks (www.letaba.net) where I started out as a field technician and moved on to a dedicated branch support position (Remote call center agent that assist walk in clients as well as local branch employees through calls, emails and WhatsApp channels) where I assisted with any network related issues or questions.

I left Letaba Networks recently and are looking forward to what the future will hold (hopefully) filled with opportunities and more experience in the field I love, the IT field.

Specifically looking for a remote position where I can focus on providing the best and most efficient support possible without any distractions or delays due to travel times.
